Terms and conditions

Booking
A £10 deposit is taken to secure full set appointments and £5 for infills. This will be taken off the full treatment price. Deposits are non - refundable.
A booking confirmation will be sent once this has been paid.
You do not have an appointment until this is paid.
If you do not attend and fail to give notice, the full amount will be charged to the card used at the time of booking.
Cancellations under 48 hours will require a £10 cancellation fee in order to rebook. This does not incude your deposit.
Deposits can be transferred to a different appointment if within 48 of original, anything over will require a new deposit.
You are allocated a time slot given your selected appointment, if you are running late please let me know. It may be reflected in your appointment time. The full original treatment price will be charged.
Please read the confirmation email for the address of your appointment. Every Wednesday I work from home. I work 7 days a week of which 6 are at Glow in the broadway.
Infills
Please come to your infill appointment with freshly cleaned lashes. I can not infill dirty lashes and it is your responsibility to keep your lashes clean. A lash bath can be added on if needed but will be included in our time.
30 minute infills can be done every week to keep your lashes fresh. Anything over a week will be 1/1.5 hours.
Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks.
Sets can be built up on infills. Hybrids to Russians, Classics to Hybrids.
I will infill other peoples work if done correctly with an extra £5 charge . If not, a removal and fresh set will be offered for the next available appointment.
Pre - appointment
Shower and clean your lashes before your appointment.
Please complete the consultation form before your first appointment.
No caffeine before your appointment.
Arrive with no makeup or oils especially around the eye. No lash glue or mascara to be used on your lashes prior.
Please wash your lashes on the day of your infill using the correct lash shampoo.
Do not curl your lashes.
Wear comfortable clothing.
If you need to reschedule, please give 48 hours notice to be able to use your deposit against your appointment. Anything under a new deposit will be required.
Have the correct amount of cash with you. Bank transfer is also accepted if needed.
Extra's
No refunds.
If there is a problem with your lashes, please politely speak to me after your appointment.
I allow 48 hours for a complaint. If this does occur, a free 30 minute appointment will be offered within 72 hours of the complaint. Anything out side of this time frame will be charged as normal.
A removal and a fresh set is recommended every 3-4 months.
It is your responsibility to clean your lashes and aftercare kits can be purchased from me.
Everyones eyes are different as well as your lashes. Every set will look different. A full consultation will be given at the start of your appointment and every set will be tailored to your eye shape. It is helpful to bring along photos of what look you would like to go for.
